Infusing Cuban Culture

The Nuevo Latino comfort cuisine at A.G. Kitchen is a true reflection of Chef Alex Garcia’s personality and greatly influenced by his Cuban heritage. The Upper West Side eatery with outposts in Silver Spring, MD and Nutley, NJ, is fused with a modern twist. The menu features varieties of made-to-order guacamole (Classic, Pineapple and Pomegranate, and Papaya and Mint), plus entrees such as the Brazilian-style Samba Chicken, Manhattan Latin burger, Surf ‘n’ Turf and Seafood Paella with lobster, shrimp, clams, mussels, chicken, chorizo with saffron rice and calamari salad, not to mention the classic Cubano sandwich.
