Day One Matters MostThe first impression sets the tone for the entire partnership. Whether it’s the initial phone call, a video meeting, Discovery Day, or the first training session, franchisees are evaluating:
Does the franchisor understand what I’m stepping into?
Are their systems proven in real-world operations?
Will decisions be made fairly and consistently?
Do their actions align with their words?
