Sid Wainer & Son and James Beard Foundation Host Celebrity Chef Farm-to-Table Dinner

Come celebrate culinary excellence and the commitment to locally sourced and sustainably grown food prepared by seven  award winning chefs. What is said to be New England’s can’t miss culinary event of the summer is drawing decorated chefs and food industry insiders to a unique boutique farm on the south coast of Massachusetts. On August 20 a multi-course dinner will feature locally sourced produce from the Wainer Family Farm as well as local seafood from Marder Trawling, Inc. and a local steer provided by Jordan Farmprepared by seven Master Celebrity Chefs.

The chefs have been individually hand selected by the prestigious James Beard Foundation for their mastery in each of their culinary fields. Sid Wainer & Son is proud to host this dinner at their beautiful coastal Wainer Family Farm.

The James Beard Foundation’s Celebrity Chef’s Tour dinner series brings a taste of what happens at the James Beard House in New York City to more than 20 cities across the country each year. Each dinner begins with a cocktail reception followed by a one-night-only, multi-course dinner with wine pairings featuring a diverse group of JBF Award winners and local chefs, and ending with a decadent dessert course and Q&A session with the evening’s chefs.

To experience an intimate farm-to-table collaborative dinner complete with a Q&A session with the chefs, visit the James Beard Foundation event page to secure an invitation. This event is open to the public, but tickets are very limited.
