New Concepts in Drive Thru QSR
12:00 am Las Vegas, Nevada
Digital Signage Expo (DSE), the world’s largest international trade show and educational conference dedicated to digital displays, interactive technology and digital communications networks, said its Digital Signage Restaurant Seminar Program at DSE 2018 designed specifically for End Users in the restaurant sector, will feature an hour-long session titled, “New Concepts in Drive Thru QSR.”
On Wednesday, March 28 at 2 p.m., Christie Rice, Marketing Manager of Digital Signage for Intel Corporation will present a session that explores new methods of customer engagement with digital technology and will highlight a recent pilot installation with a nationwide QSR that combines low-profile outdoor digital menu boards with next generation queue management an in depth anonymous video analytics.
“Outdoor menu boards have been a challenging space for us the last few years,” Floyd Appleman, Manager of Technology Development for The Wendy’s Company said. “Reliability in harsher climates has tested even the most robust equipment, so offering display solutions that do not require climate-controlled enclosures or weekly servicing of fan filters has been a great step to help with reliable outdoor solutions.”
Registration for the DSE Wednesday, March 28 session, “New Concepts in Drive Thru QSR,” or any of the DSE 2018 educational conference seminars, which are sponsored by BroadSign International and are eligible for Digital Signage Expert Group (DSEG) certification renewal credits, is available online at www.dse2018.com
