This year’s celebrations will unfold across three extraordinary cities – Los Angeles, Paris, and Bangkok – each representing a distinct heartbeat of culinary artistry. From Los Angeles, a global stage for creativity and culinary reinvention; to Paris, the birthplace of sous vide and a symbol of timeless technique; to Bangkok, where vibrant flavors meet modern innovation at one of Cuisine Solutions’ state-of-the-art facilities – each gathering will reflect the beauty, diversity, and spirit of the global culinary community.
The Los Angeles celebration will take place at the SLS Hotel in Beverly Hills, where guests will experience a curated evening of culinary exploration, including thoughtful touches, and presentations that highlight clean, health-forward culinary innovation.
The Paris celebration will take place concurrently on January 26, followed by Bangkok on January 30.
