'Hell Night'at TRACE

TRACE is cranking up the heat with “Hell Night,” benefitting the Sustainable Food Center. Taking place Sunday, Aug. 21 from 5:30-9 p.m. on the Outdoor Lounge, the event is free and open to the public. Enjoy complimentary appetizers, signature Ancho Reyes cocktails, a hot sauce eating contest (with prizes), and more. For those desperately seeking relief, glasses of milk will be sold during the event to benefit the SFC.

Glutton for spicy punishment? The chefs will be offering a special seated dinner beginning at 6 pm with a spicy a la carte menu including dishes like Tiger Bread Roulette (try your luck with five spreads and five different levels of spice), Hell Pasta (Carolina reaper garganelli, roasted red bell pepper & assorted super-hot chili broth, fresh scorpion peppers, hot Italian sausage). and more.
