Full Course Offers SLII Concepts Course

Full Course, the restaurant and development group that helps restaurateurs build and innovate their brands, is excited to offer highly sought-after, affordable leadership training. As a Blanchard Client Partner, Full Course will facilitate virtual Situational Leadership II (SLII) Concepts classes on Tuesday, April 25, Thursday, May 4, and Thursday, May 18.
SLII Concepts teaches what it means to lead situationally: giving individuals the right support and direction at the right time. Condensed and fast-paced, SLII Concepts introduces the art of diagnosing a team or individual’s development level and responding with the appropriate leadership style and tools.
Participants will learn the three key SLII skills—goal setting, diagnosing, and matching—with learning reinforcement from a video case study and videos on SMART goals and other essential skills.
“By leading situationally, we give our team members the support and direction they need at the right time,” says Full Course Chief People and Culture Officer Lissa Bowen. “This approach shows that we see their promise, care about their growth, and want to be their champions—all of which allow us to have authentic conversations that empower.”
The cost of each virtual SLII Concepts course is $199 and participants only need to attend one of the classes. Registration can be made online, see below.
