Food Loves Tech

Food Loves Tech (FLT)  is set to return again this fall. The education-by-entertainment, two-day expo will ensue again at Industry City on November 2 and 3 to talk about the future of the food industry and where it’s going.  This year’s event will highlight three new exhibitor categories, including sea, health and incubator bazaar.  Three star chefs who will return to showcase their talents, include Chef Michael Anthony ofGramercy Tavern, Chef Suzanne Cupps of Untitled, and Chef Brad Farmerie from Saxon + Parole.

FLT is an education-by-entertainment innovation expo powered by Edible Manhattan and Edible Brooklyn. The future of food and drink innovators will unite thought-leaders and industry enthusiasts at Industry City (220 36th Street, Brooklyn, NY 11232)  to test drive food technologies from present to next gen frontiers. The expo is arranged in a series of experiential exhibits that links multiple immersive installations, technologies, tastings, leadership panels and dining experiences to explore and celebrate the future of food through technology and innovation.

A selection of confirmed exhibitors include Oatly – an eco-friendly coffee bar, AeroFarms will bring their “Dream Greens,” Australis Barramundi will debut their “Greener Grazing” initiative, and Toast Ale will pour their beers brewed with fresh surplus bread that would otherwise go to waste.

Early bird tickets cost $55 per person and can be purchased online at www.foodlovestech.com.

Stay tuned as more updates and announcements of events and participants will be made.
