Eat These Fish!

Join six Los Angeles chefs at Preux & Proper in Downtown LA on Monday, Aug. 15 at 6:30 p.m. PST for Eat These Fish! This is a west coast debut of Eat These Fish!, a celebration of well-managed and under-appreciated species of fish.

Featured chefs include: Elia Aboumrad, Hotel Normandie; Tristan Aitchison, Providence; David LeFevre, M.B. Post, The Arthur J, Fishing with Dynamite; Mary Sue Milliken, Border Grill; Samuel Monsour, Preux & Proper; and Chef Christian Page, Cassell’s. 

The menu will include exclusive champagne and oyster bar with Kumamoto oysters from Humboldt Bay, a seated five-course meal featuring seafood from the west coast such as longspine thornyhead, lingcod, vermillion rockfish and more. There will be unique wine pairings from Southern Wine & Spirits. Preux & Proper is located at 40 South Spring Street, Los Angeles, CA
