Boudin Boogaloo with Lucky Peach

Ace Hotel New Orleans and Lucky Peach are teaming up to celebrate the release of Lucky Peach editor Chris Ying’s latest encased-meat compendium, The Wurst of Lucky Peach. Join the fun on Tuesday, July 26 from 6 to 9 p.m. at Boudin Boogaloo, a Boudin-inspired feast in Barnett Hall at Ace Hotel New Orleans — tickets are $65 and land you food by Donald Link and Josephine Estelle chefs Michael Hudman and Andy Ticer, two rounds of drinks, Drag Bingo hosted by one of New Orleans’ most beloved Queens, entertainment by New Orleans street band Bon Bon Vivant, and a copy of The Wurst of Lucky Peach. Attendees will get to meet and greet with Lucky Peach editor-in-chief Chris Ying.

This will be the second stop in a multi-city tour visiting our hotels across the US, presented by Ace Hotel and Lucky Peach Magazine. Part of The Wurst of Lucky Peach and the Power Vegetables book tours, each stop brings an elevated twist to a book release party — with extraordinary eats and fun happenings. The next stop will be this fall back at Ace Hotel Downtown Los Angeles.
