Atlanta Food & Wine Festival (AFWF) presented by Invesco QQQ returns September 10-13 for its 16th year with a reimagined lineup that puts Atlanta at the center of the experience. Built around the theme “The City is the Story,” the four-day culinary celebration will transform The Home Depot Backyard into a showcase of the chefs, restaurants, neighborhoods and cultural influences shaping one of the country's most dynamic food destinations. Owned and produced by a21, acclaimed experiential event agency, the Atlanta Food & Wine Festival presented by Invesco QQQ will introduce a refreshed format for its signature walk-around Tasting Tents presented by Goya Foods, with each day built around a distinct theme. The four experiences — The Atlanta Standard, Flavors of Atlanta, The Southern Spread and The Homecoming — will each explore a different facet of the city's culinary identity, from its celebrated restaurant community and international influences to its Southern roots and cookout culture. Together, they create a cohesive story that unfolds across the weekend festival.

Since its founding in 2010, Atlanta Food & Wine Festival presented by Invesco QQQ has grown into one of the South's leading culinary events. This year, more than 150 chefs, artisans, beverage professionals and hospitality leaders will bring the event to life and give attendees the opportunity to engage with the local talent driving the region's storied food and beverage scene.

From time-honored recipes to locally sourced ingredients, this lively afternoon gathering celebrates the chefs and visionaries who keep Southern traditions thriving. Gather under the Georgia sun for an afternoon of comforting classics, innovative interpretations, expertly paired beverages, live music, and the unmistakable energy of Atlanta’s food community. From Southern staples to fresh culinary perspectives, this is a celebration of the people, flavors, and traditions that make the South and Atlanta so delicious.

Saturday Sept. 12 | Stacked: The Burger Social presented by Mike's Amazing

Stacked: The Burger Social is a mouthwatering celebration of America's favorite handheld bite, bringing together chefs, restaurants, and culinary personalities to show off their most creative, over-the-top, and downright delicious burger creations. From perfectly smashed patties and towering stacks to unexpected toppings and bold flavor combinations, every Chef offers a new contender for your favorite bite of the night. The Homecoming is where festival memories are made, stories are shared, and Atlanta comes together around the table one final time, until next year.

Southern Fried celebrates one of the South's most beloved dishes with a walk-around tasting featuring classic Southern recipes and bold global interpretations. From Nashville hot and buttermilk-brined favorites to Korean or Japanese, this flavor packed event proves that great fried chicken knows no borders.

Atlanta Food & Wine Festival presented by Invesco QQQ welcomes back Whiskey & Fire Atlanta for its second year, a collaboration between Heritage Fire and Whiskies of the World uniting world-class whiskey with locally crafted culinary experiences. Wander between open-fire cooking stations featuring acclaimed chefs, savor wood-fired bites, and explore hundreds of whiskies from around the globe.
